We had only booked two nights here, but in a way wish it had been for longer. As we drove into town two things struck me: 1) how incredibly busy with people it was, and 2) that the town seemed to be just one giant caravan park as there wasn't much there apart from the three very large (and very full) caravan parks. The beach was very pretty and we enjoyed the Glass Bottom Boat Tour (including snorkelling) we did. Unfortunately, a lot of the coral died a few years back when a weather event blocked coral spawn in the bay — 'suffocating' the algae needed by the coral. A very nice place and pleasant stay, nonetheless.
