Beautiful scenery on the way to Windorah, passing through different types of landscapes. Plenty of wild emus spotted, but unfortunately very few (no) rest stops. So, we stopped in the middle of nowhere to make and eat lunch in the motorhome and take a comfort break. Then, as you’d expect, 5km after stopping ... we passed a proper rest stop!

After arriving at Windorah and watching Qualifying for the Japanese F1 Grand Prix we headed for the Western Star Hotel and enjoyed a few beers and chatting to the locals (and their dogs). Very relaxing!
