We arrived in Longreach and decided to stock up on the following:

  • Multiple options to repel flies
  • Fly swatter (long and extendable handle versions)
  • Bite soothing cream
  • Groceries
  • Beer
  • Fuel
  • A little gift for Katelyn.

We also decided to mail some clothes back home that we weren't going to be using (to save space.

Then we checked in to the Longreach Tourist Park to get ready to attend our Thompson River Sunset Cruise (see separate post).
